Grow box against the side of our house. I built this back in 2002 or 2003, probably. I did not use cement and it is up against the house, so no blocks on the back side. I filled it, initially, about 3/4 full of wood chips that I got a tree company to dump in my yard, and then the rest with bags of top soil, sand, and potting soil from Lowe's and WalMart. I bought some top soil and sand from a local place where I can haul it on a trailer, if I have one to use. I have continued to fill it, as the wood chips have settled, in order to keep it filled.
