|Fred's Tofu Cheese*
From the Kitchen of Fred
part Soy Flour
water to a boil.
Turn down heat and whisk flour into boiling water. Simmer on low for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
Remove from heat. Add just enough vinegar (any kind) to curdle.
Let stand for 15 minutes
Drain in colander.
