Cottage Cheese Loaf

From the Kitchen of Serendipity Ranch

 

1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese

3 or 4 eggs

2 T McKay's beef seasoning

3 c Special K

1/3 c oil

 3/4 c nuts or nut meat

1/4 lb. yellow cheese

2 T sour cream

salt and sage as desired
Mix all ingredients adding cereal last. Bake at 350o F. for 1 hour.
