Beverly's Cherry Cheese Cake

From the Kitchen of Beverly Blanton

 

1 recipe graham cracker crust

1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 can Eagle brand

1/3 c lemon juice

1 t vanilla

1 can pie filling

In medium bowl, beat cheese until light and fluffy. Add Eagle brand; blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 2 hours or until set. Top with pie filling.
