| Apple Cake From the Kitchen of Serendipity Ranch |
| Mix together and set aside 10 min.: 5 c raw apples 2 c sugar |
Beat lightly and pour over apples: 1 c oil 2 eggs 2 t vanilla |
Mix: 3 c unbleached, white flour 1 t baking soda 1 c pecans, chopped Stir into apple mixture and pour into sprayed 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees F for 45 min. |
